Check-Out Time
          By 11 AM. This is flexible when the room is not booked for that night

Breakfast
          A Continental breakfast is served between 8:30 and 9:30. Please ask the hosts if other accomodations are desired. Coffee is ready at 7:30 for early risers.

Price Range
          Prices will vary from $75 to $120 US depending on season and the room requested.  Contact us for details or go to our on-line reservation service. Reservations are recommended in peak season.  We require a two night minimum stay, on weekends, in season. Roll away beds are available for an additional $15 US.  Discounts are available for stays greater than one week.

Payment Policy
          We accept Visa, Master Card and Discover and of course cash.   A credit card reservation or one night deposit is required one week prior to arrival with the balance due upon arrival.  We will not run your credit card until your visit.

Cancellation Policy
          We offer a full refund when cancellation, minus the service fee, is made one week prior to the visit.  Within the week, one night stay will be charged if the room cannot be rebooked.  A $20 US service fee will be charged on all refunds.

Children
          Children over 10 are welcome.  Children under 10 are considered on an individual basis.

Pets
          Sorry, we cannot accept pets.

Smoking
          For the comfort of all our guests, we are a non-smoking establishment and smoking is limited to the grounds, porches, decks, and balconies.
